Terms & conditions

•   Initial consultation is free of charge.

•   Unlike other brokers we will discuss lenders that do not pay brokers
    commission. This means you get a truly unbiased service.

•   We usually charge fees, after all we are serious professionals that get
     the job done. Brokers that settle for commission only, are likely not
     to be as dedicated or knowledgeable as ourselves – indeed some
    70% of brokers have gone out of business since 2007 as times got
    tough. Our business model is sound and secure so we should be here
    long-term.
 
•   We offer a whole of market service for mortgages although for life
    assurance we offer a range of providers. In all instances we offer a
    non advised service. We may ask you some questions to narrow
    down the selection we provide details on and you will then need to
    make your own choice about how to proceed.

•   Fees will vary from case to case and depend on the work involved.
    You will be aware of any fees prior to your committing to anything.

•   We may be able to offer a fee discount where a life assurance is
    arranged (at ultra competitive rates).

Attention to detail is the absolute core philosophy. Everyday we find ourselves pushing lenders and wholesalers (packagers) to double check everything. Most brokers do not go to such extreme lengths to protect their clients interests.

We act immediately. It is not uncommon for brokers to leave a new application untouched for up to a week before submission – we would never take such a careless attitude with our clients applications.
